Do you struggle with getting started?
Do you have a million ideas but find it difficult to finish any of them?
Would you like to be more focused and less anxious?
If your answer to any one of those is YES — keep reading.
The most common productivity methods don't work for everyone. In fact, for many people, these methods end up causing distress. Meanwhile, many productivity "hacks" do more harm than good.
The great news is:
Things can be a lot better. The DOING THINGS course will give you a new perspective on overcoming overwhelm and being able to focus on what matters to you.

A Guide to Neurodivergent Productivity
What You'll Learn
Motivation to start,
focus to finish.
Chances are, at least one of those things is a problem for you, right? You either struggle with task initiation, or you start a million things but have a hard time getting them across the finish line.
DOING THINGS will help you get better at both of them.
An intentional approach designed for neurodivergent humans.
If you have sensory regulation issues, if you take mild rejection personally, if you identify as having ADHD, ASD, PTSD, or another condition (including non-diagnosed), chances are you don't learn the same way as other people.
As noted, you might even feel discouraged by traditional education on work habits and productivity. It's not your fault! You need to learn differently.
Tools to help with BOTH work and home life.
DOING THINGS is designed to help with all the things you need to do, not just for your job. Often, people are satisfied with either their home life or their career, but have difficulty feeling as fulfilled in the other.
If you learn to plan and complete tasks differently, however, you can apply this knowledge to anything you need to do.
Who Is This Course For?
DOING THINGS is for anyone who wants to do more of what matters to them. It's hard to do things these days! Distractions are everywhere. Focus is elusive. And much of what you've been told simply isn't helpful.
In particular, it's for people who identify as neurodivergent (any condition or subtype), as well as anyone who struggles with one or more of these problems:
  • Task initiation (getting started with something)
  • Focus to finish (going from start to completion)
  • Feeling so overwhelmed that either starting or finishing is difficult
  • The paradox of choice (eliminating options)
In short, if you identify with any of those descriptions, DOING THINGS will help you figure out what you need to do, get underway, and bring it to a satisfactory completion.
Wouldn't that be nice?

About Me
I'm an author, podcaster, entrepreneur, and traveler. You might know my books, including The $100 Startup, Side Hustle, and The Happiness of Pursuit.
I'm generally good at doing things—but I've also struggled with focus and anxiety. The more I learned about high-functioning ADHD, the more everything made sense. I rewired my working patterns and have been doing much better ever since.
Read more about my story in the 3x/weekly posts in the series,  A Year of Mental Health! I'm building in public and it's all pretty transparent. :)
